Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans for high-volume and underperforming stores. Build and Develop Teams Provide coaching, leadership, and training to store management and frontline employees. Partner with Human Resources to support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives. Foster a positive, engaged, and results-oriented work environment. Enhance Customer Experience Ensure all locations consistently deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company standards. Optimize Operations Maintain operational excellence through effective staffing, inventory management, process compliance, and execution of best practices. Lead with Integrity Uphold company values and standards while safeguarding company assets and maintaining confidentiality. Support Growth Initiatives Assist with new store openings and implement strategies designed to achieve and exceed business goals. Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably within a retail environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions. Experience developing and leading teams across multiple locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
