Industrial Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

ALPLA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its high-volume plastic packaging operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding, packaging, and support equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, support equipment setups and changeovers, and assist with installations of new technology. Working in a safety- and quality-focused team, you’ll help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
