As a Security Officer - Unarmed Day Shift in Juno Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic utilities location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support access activity with strong customer service and a role shaped by teamwork integrity and a people-first culture you will bring a reliable presence to daily operations while contributing to a caring and innovative team.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and/or reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including buildings exterior areas and perimeter points with attention to access control restricted areas and/or unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees contractors and visitors helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions at utility-related operations.
• Support day-to-day site operations by communicating clearly with personnel following post orders and completing required reports related to incidents patrols and/or notable conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is required.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
