Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, discretion, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level reporting and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials using PowerPoint and Excel
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Track projects, deadlines, and priorities to support executive initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (advanced skills required)
- Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
