Job Details

Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Supervise accounting and finance personnel
• Partner with operations leaders to support project financial performance
• Manage banking relationships, audits, and financial reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and financial forecasting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
