Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year (DOE)

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the front-of-house leadership team at a well-established, locally owned full-service restaurant group with multiple locations across the greater New Orleans area. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment known for regional Cajun and Creole cuisine, a strong bar program, and a loyal local guest following.

The ideal candidate has full-service restaurant management experience, thrives in a fast-paced dining and bar environment, and is passionate about developing hourly teams while delivering consistent hospitality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations across dining room and bar service periods.
• Uphold service standards, guest engagement, and speed of service throughout every shift.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
• Manage front-of-house scheduling to meet volume demands and labor budget targets.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth ticket flow and food quality at the pass.
• Resolve guest concerns in the moment and drive guest satisfaction results.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and controllable expenses.
• Support private dining, catering, and special event execution as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company hospitality standards.
