Essential Functions Deep clean and maintain general cleanliness of front and back of house areas including kitchens, dining rooms and bathrooms, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting; scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and kitchen fixtures; and washing and drying windows. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and communicate any potential repair issues to management. Inventory cleaning supplies and notify management when running low. Empty indoor trash receptacles and move garbage to outdoor receptacles while keeping related areas clean. Work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends in a variety of restaurants and sites as needed. Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment. Effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction. Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment. Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels. Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
