Essential Duties: Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer

Position Requirements: Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

Salary Range: Depending on experience
