Lexus of Orland is search of Service Business Development individual to join our growing team. Our BDC staff offers an amazing working department.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls 

• Schedule all  appointments
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Make follow up calls – customer satisfaction.
• Look up national service history – Dealership Daily.
• Call customers to advise parts are in and set up appointments for install.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required

• Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve

• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
