A community-based hospital in eastern Kentucky is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified General Surgeon (MD/DO) to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported environment with strong procedural volume and a focus on work-life balance.
Position Overview
- Full-time, employed position
- Bread and butter general surgery
- Flexible scheduling options
- No requirement to perform GI procedures (established GI program in place)
- Practice located adjacent to the hospital for convenience
- Supportive administration and strong emphasis on quality of life

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
- Comfortable performing general surgery procedures without robotics
- Ability to manage common conditions, including hemorrhoids
- Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
