We are seeking an experienced Registered Breast Sonographer / Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in an outpatient setting in Greensboro, NC. This full-time opportunity offers Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with no weekends and compensation of $36–$49 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate brings strong breast imaging skills, proficiency in general X-ray and fluoroscopy, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Review images for technical quality and diagnostic value.
• Assist radiologists with breast procedures and biopsies as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and address questions professionally and compassionately.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
• ARRT certification.
• Registration in breast sonography through ARDMS or ARRT, or willingness to obtain breast certification within 90 days.
• Active North Carolina Radiologic Technologist license.
• Proficiency in general X-ray and fluoroscopy.
• Extensive outpatient experience.
• Strong technical, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical environment.
