Claims Adjuster Trainee

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents. Determine coverage, liability, and damages related to auto claims. Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits. Handle basic investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages. Identify customer needs and apply appropriate customer service skills. Use company systems and technology with a basic understanding. Collaborate to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling. Understand insurance policies written by the company and industry basics. Begin recognizing vehicle body parts and potential property damage. About You The company is looking for candidates with: Analytical thinking skills. Customer centricity and relationship-building abilities. Strong customer service skills. Learning agility and process orientation. Results-oriented mindset and effective time management. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. Compliance with licensing requirements, including termination of any active insurance licenses prior to onboarding. Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranging from $22.84 to $29.57 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Potential incentive pay such as commission or bonuses, if applicable.
