Join our trusted, locally owned team that's been serving the St. Louis community for over 38 years.Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hourLocation: St. Louis and surrounding areasShifts:Full-time and part-time4-hour shift (8:30AM - 12:30PM)12-hour shift (8:00AM - 8:00PM)Requirements:4 years of CNA experienceActive CNA license in the state of MissouriValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle with auto insuranceSkilled with transfers and ambulatory assistanceCompassionate, dependable and proactiveAbility to pass a background checkWhat You'll Do:Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition to the Care Coordination Team.
