About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Image and Social. This senior leadership role is pivotal in translating the global creative vision into impactful and culturally relevant work across various touchpoints, including campaigns, social content, and brand moments. The successful candidate will be responsible for creative leadership, social cadence, and programming, ensuring that all output is elevated, ownable, and consistent. They must have a strong background in beauty, fashion, luxury, or a similar image-driven brand environment, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams. The role also involves overseeing the creative process from concept to final delivery, managing external partnerships, and leading the image and social team with a focus on high standards, collaboration, and creativity. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a BA or BFA and have at least 13 years' experience in a senior creative, image, social, content, or brand leadership role, with a minimum of 3-4 years directly managing a full creative team. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, operational, and adept at pushing bold ideas while maintaining the integrity of the brand. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of modern image-making, social storytelling, and audience engagement are essential. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is a strong team leader and a trusted partner to senior creative leadership. Experience in managing creative from concept to final delivery, as well as a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools, is also necessary.
