Staff Security Architect: Secure-by-Design & AI
Compass
Compass is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to drive secure-by-design across its engineering organization and CIH’s platform. You will automate security testing in CI/CD pipelines, partner with product and engineering to embed security from the start, and mentor teams on secure practices. The role requires 3+ years in security, strong experience with CI/CD, SAST/DAST/SCA, Terraform/IaC, AWS, and AI-enabled security tooling; a CS degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass
