Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Oversee scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.

Train, mentor, and recruit new staff members to build a high-performing team.

Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Implement effective time management strategies to optimize store performance.

Negotiate with vendors for stock procurement and pricing agreements.

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.

Foster a welcoming environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.

Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets and financial reports.

Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance customer interactions.

Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes.
