Health Aide II (Sherwood Elementary) 2026-2027 School Year Qualifications Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent Minimum 18 years of age Has first aid training and cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification Possesses competencies with computers and online programs Possesses good oral and written communication skills Has excellent organizational skills Motivated and displays a positive attitude and common sense Responsibilities The Health Aide provides support and assistance with the efficient operation of the school health office. The aide provides care for students and staff who are ill or have chronic health conditions under the supervision of the district nurse. Must obtain an Aide permit. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 3:55 p.m., eight hours per day. Pay: $18.99 – $24.44 per hour.
