With a strong focus in the Houston, Texas Area. The Jobsite Safety & Security Manager must reside within the region. The status and minimum in-office requirements are subject to change based on evolving business needs.OverviewThis position will be focused on driving End User conversions throughout the region to the suite of ProDriven Global Brands and products, providing safety and product training to various internal and external customers throughout our Houston, Texas area. This is a remote-based position, working out of a home office when not traveling within the designated territory. The Jobsite Safety & Security Manager must reside within the region.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESWorking under Limited supervision:Learn, understand, and be a leading example of the ProDriven Brands ‘We Are One’ company values.In conjunction with our Regional Sales Manager and End User Specialist teams, implement strategies, communicate product knowledge, and conduct training to maintain a pipeline focused on meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives, conversion dollars, and other KPI for the region.Establish and grow a network of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and Regional Safety Personnel to drive sales across the region as well as the nation.Establish and deepen relationships with top distributors stocking Werner Fall Protection, Climbing, and Jobsite – working alongside them weekly to grow sales in these focus categories.Responsible for achieving the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target.Responsible for the development and consistent maintenance of the End User Opportunity Pipeline.Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategy.Provide Safety and Product information – Subject Matter Expert and first POC for questions.Promote the education and usage of our online training tools.Support events throughout the year, communicating product knowledge and safety aspects of our products.Lead regional teams with selling new product offerings, safety materials, and competitive comparisons – ensuring regional teams are trained and are executing lock steps with Prodriven Brands.Other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job.Management – responsible for leading the regional EUS team, aligning strategy, evaluating and developing teammates, and leading the monthly huddle for the EUS team (focus on targets in SFDC and KPI).Competition – responsible for continual SWOT analysis within the region (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), developing a competitive strategy with the team, and sharing the ‘Voice of the User’ with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the jobPerforms Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodationQualificationsEducation, Licenses, and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience requiredPrevious Sales experienceKnowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required.Bilingual Spanish requiredYears of Experience and Knowledge 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience requiredSkills and AbilitiesIntermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skillsIntermediate level Microsoft Excel skillsFluency bi-Lingual capabilities in SpanishStrong Presentation SkillsLeadership SkillsInitiative (Self Starter)Good Communication Skills – verbal and writtenListening SkillsAble to work as part of a team and independentlyAbility to sell a solution and drive revenueTravel Requirements 60% ~ 70% travel domestically requiredEEO StatementProDriven Global Brands is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
