Senior On-Site Service Specialist Position Summary

The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides a variety of workplace support services, including print and copy operations, mail and shipping services, document imaging, records management, customer support, and office services. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities may include reception, conference room support, hospitality services, and light facilities coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanning, and finishing equipment.

• Perform document production, binding, quality control, and imaging services.

• Provide basic equipment troubleshooting and coordinate service requests.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution of supplies.

• Maintain equipment, inventory, service logs, and operational records.

• Deliver completed projects and materials to designated customer locations.

• Support meeting room setups, office moves, reception coverage, and other workplace services as needed.

• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service experience.

• Follow Ricoh operational processes and capture required reporting metrics.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of experience in print, mailroom, office services, or related environments preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's license may be required based on site needs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of print/copy equipment, shipping and receiving, and document handling processes.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing customer needs.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• May require movement between buildings and occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends.

• Work environment includes exposure to office equipment, mailroom operations, and production areas.
