Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM . New graduates can start at a competitive wage of $36 per hour . Additionally, we provide tuition reimbursement for full-time employees.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
• Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
• Assign duties, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
