Registered Nurse - Float - Sinai Hospital Sign On Bonus Potential: $6,000.00 Department: FLOAT POOL Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full‑time and part‑time; all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital. REQUIREMENTS Critical Care experience required 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments required Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Maryland Registered Nurse License American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS PREFERRED Current Certification - NRP for WICU, M/B L&D PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
