Learner Experience Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learner Experience Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. Summary: We are seeking a Learner Experience Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning experiences that align with business objectives. This role partners with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives across live, virtual, and digital formats. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a positive learner experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Support learning and development projects from planning through delivery
• Assist with gathering and documenting project requirements and stakeholder needs
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning environments
• Manage learner communications, registrations, attendance tracking, and training records
• Provide logistical support for training events, including scheduling, technology coordination, materials, and vendor communication
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, event creation, and completion tracking
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed
• Participate in review cycles and help incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with operations and learning teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• 1-3 years of Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Project Support, or related experience
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Client-service mindset with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Experience supporting training programs or learning initiatives
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience
