Position Clinical Director Location Wake Forest, NC Job Id 22922 Number of Openings 1 Compensation The total compensation package can reach up to $117,000 annually. This includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses that are uncapped and start at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing Masters in ABA, and certification bonuses for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation packages are available. Company matches on 401k. Remote work: 3 days per month. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseload: up to 8 children. Clinical Guidance Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Continuing Education 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; extra funds for additional courses; 2 paid days off for CEU events. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
