Job Description

PM hours available only. Hosts at Middle Child Clubhouse are responsible for aiding other Front of House staff during service. No assholes allowed. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Creating an extremely fun and positive environment
• Daily set up and breakdown of the host areas, including stocking and cleaning
• Assisting servers and bartenders in execution of dinner service
• Managing reservations and seating guests
• Maintaining high standards of service and an acute attention to detail
• Directing bar guests to the bar and instructing them on how bar service works at the restaurant
• Helping to clear and clean tables
• Polishing glassware and silverware, as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
• Reporting to the Service Manager
• Stocking and light bar backing on weekends
• Other duties may be necessary to help maintain successful operation of the restaurant
