General Manager

Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing overall operations, financial performance, and strategic execution. This role ensures revenue growth, cost control, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards while leading and developing high-performing teams. The position translates business objectives into actionable plans, drives customer satisfaction, and maintains full accountability for achieving profitability and organizational goals. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives Set performance goals and KPIs for teams Identify growth opportunities and expansion plans Analyze market trends and competitor activity Drive continuous improvement initiatives Financial Management Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility Review, approve and control budgets Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability Ensure cost optimization and financial control Approve major expenses and investments Drive sales growth and revenue targets Operations Management Oversee daily operations across Cincinnati location Ensure operational efficiency and productivity Maintain quality standards and service excellence Implement company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships Document upcoming opportunities and status of quoted work to share weekly on SharePoint and with VP of estimating to be reported at the Estimating meeting Team Leadership & People Management Recruit, hire, and onboard staff Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members Conduct performance evaluations Foster a positive workplace culture Resolve conflicts and employee issues Ensure workforce planning and succession planning Sales & Customer Experience Develop sales strategies and promotional plans Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback Ensure high standards of customer service Build and maintain key client relationships Oversee marketing initiatives and local promotions Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations & CINFAB Way Manage risk, safety, and security standards Manage escalated customer or operational issues Maintain documentation and reporting standards Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly executive summary reports for senior leadership Maintain a strategic plan and update regular to report out monthly located on the CELT ACC site Communicate company goals and updates to teams Conduct regular meetings with managers Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis Support the development of project budgets for new projects over from estimating Communicate with Area Superintendent to ensure the quantity and skill level of the workforce is adequate in Cincinnati. Monitor projects within the Cincinnati market and discuss any variances, positive or negative, in the weekly operations meeting.
