Job OpportunityShift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMCity: Nashville, TNUnit InformationUnit Name: Case ManagementNumber of Beds: 450Patient Ratios: 1:30-1:35Unit Staffing Description: None (no unit secretaries or tech availability)Equipment & DocumentationType of Equipment: Midas, Navihealth, Meditech for patient reviewDocumentation System: Midas and NavihealthScheduling RequirementsAvailability required on weekdays and weekend days. May need to float to other units based on departmental needs.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Acute Care Case Management is essential.Must possess experience with Midas and Meditech.Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.Expectation to be productive after 5 days of orientation.Dress CodeRequired uniform: Scrubs with a lab coat or business casual with a lab coat.Unit Policies and GuidelinesUnit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided upon hire.Awards & RecognitionProspective candidates will be pleased to know that the Case Management team has received numerous accolades for outstanding performance and collaborative efforts.Additional InformationThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated Case Management team.
