Warehouse Associate

Location: Hattiesburg, MS Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, apply today!

Job Duties:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment (if certified)
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners to track inventory
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by leadership

Requirements:

• Entry level
• Strong enough to lift 60 lbs and keep moving
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
