Independent Living Skills Coach

Concern Housing

Concern Housing is seeking a Daily Living Skills Counselor to provide hands-on life skills training to clients in the supported housing program, helping them achieve independence and self-reliance. You will work as part of the case management team, provide education across activities of daily living, and maintain documentation while supporting residents through goal planning and skill development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Concern Housing
