We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician - Electrician to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
Job Summary:
Services, supports, and maintains electrical equipment within the determined location. Performs electrical preventative maintenance on equipment. Performs activities under minimal supervision.

Proactive Planning: Evaluating reactive work for safety issues and planning projects with safety as a priority helps prevent accidents and ensures smooth operations.
Expert Diagnosis: Diagnosing malfunctioning electrical and control systems accurately allows for quick and effective problem resolution, minimizing downtime.
Supporting Customer Needs: Utilizing your knowledge of plant electrical distribution to support customer needs ensures efficient and reliable service delivery.
Efficient Work Management: Using software to track, assign, and prioritize maintenance work helps in managing tasks effectively and maintaining organized workflows.
Cross-Functional Repairs: Performing work cross-functionally and making repairs within your capability enhances team collaboration and operational efficiency.
Training And Mentorship: Training apprentices and other technicians in electrical repairs and troubleshooting fosters skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Quality And Improvement: Participating in the maintenance of quality procedures and leading improvement projects ensures high standards and continuous enhancement of electrical systems.
