Job Summary: Family Support Liaison develops and implements family engagement and empowerment strategies, provides direct support to families, provides skills training (DBT), and shares the family's perspective with program staff and administrators. The Liaison is a member of the treatment team and will support the clinician with scheduling family visits, home visits, as well as providing transportation to families.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 4 years experience and training in behavioral health
• Current CT Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Computer proficiency required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekend coverage. May include some holiday hours
• Knowledge in Epic
