Staff Auditor

Staff Auditor Location: Audubon, PA Position Summary The Staff Auditor will be responsible for carrying out assigned internal audit projects as part of the annual internal audit plan. The Staff Auditor position is with NuVasive Inc., part of the Globus group of companies. Essential Functions Obtains audit requests, completes testing and ensures audit conclusions are well-documented. Communicates findings with internal audit management and process owners in a timely manner, and participates/assists with the development of remediation plans as needed. Follows up on the status of outstanding internal audit requests and questions. Supports continuous improvement for the internal controls to ensure quarterly and annual compliance with key SOX sections. Assists in championing internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the organization. Domestic travel required 1-4 times per year for up to 3 days per trip to other company sites as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience identifying risks associated with processes (risk assessment), identifying internal controls within a process and performing gap analysis. Experience working with/have demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB Auditing Standards. Experience working with/have demonstrated knowledge of SOX 404 compliance, COSO 2013 and internal control assessment. Equal Employment Opportunity Globus Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
