You'll join a fast paced team that builds, runs, and operates the T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) platforms, including our audience building, rideshare, and retail media network solutions. This is a product used by all the major advertising agencies and many top consumer product brands in the United States. This role leads the development and implementation of data pipelines critical to organizational data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. You'll combine technical leadership with hands-on contributions to achieve data engineering initiatives. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
