Sales Training Architect — Elevate Territory Managers (75% Travel)

Rust-Oleum

Stonhard is seeking a Training & Development Manager to design and deliver a comprehensive sales training program for Territory Managers during their first two years. You will partner with the Director of Sales Training and VP Sales to implement performance solutions, monitor TM results, and coach field personnel through on‑the‑job training and development initiatives. This role requires a bachelor's degree in business, 5 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel about 75% across #J-18808-Ljbffr Rust-Oleum
