TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Dothan, Alabama, 36301!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Cardiac)

Dothan, AL

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry Cardiac unit
• Administer and monitor cardiac drip medications including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
• Manage a patient assignment within a 1:6 or 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Participate in block scheduling with every-other-weekend (EOW) requirement
• Complete pre-start orientation modules prior to first shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license or active compact RN license in good standing at time of submission
• Cardiac drip experience required (Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone)
• BLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Previous travel nursing experience required (highly experienced candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Permanent address must be at least 90 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience working in large healthcare facilities preferred
