Schedule: Monday-Friday; 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Milpitas. The role focuses on checking incoming deliveries for quality compliance, loading and unloading packages, organizing stock, verifying inventory against pick tickets, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with warehouse equipment, and experienced with RF scanners.

Key Responsibilities

• Check incoming deliveries to ensure all materials meet quality standards.
• Load and unload packages efficiently using forklifts, pallets, cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
• Organize stock within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
• Receive and verify incoming pick tickets for accuracy.
• Pull materials to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Wrap orders securely for shipment and transport to trucks.
• Operate warehouse machinery including RF scanners, forklifts, pallets, and cranes.
• Handle materials safely, up to 20 lbs, following safety protocols.
• Maintain organized inventory records and proper stock positioning.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallets, and cranes.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 20 lbs.
• Basic understanding of quality standards for incoming materials.
• Reliable and punctual attendance during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Knowledge of order picking and packing processes.

Tools / Equipment / Systems
Warehouse forklifts, pallets, cranes, RF scanners, and equipment for wrapping and securing orders.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Use of warehouse safety equipment as required.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 20 lbs.
• Work primarily in a warehouse environment during scheduled hours.
