Our client, a well-established service-based organization, is seeking an HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts for a growing workforce. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and creating a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from job posting through onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of frontline and operational roles
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews, facility visits, and candidate communications
- Maintain job postings and applicant tracking system records
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare hiring documentation and support new hire onboarding processes
- Partner with leadership to provide recruiting updates and hiring recommendations
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and compliance-related hiring activities
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing high-volume or frontline recruiting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
