Job Title: Customer Success Account Advisor

Location: Full-time Onsite – Georgetown, TX 78628 (No Remote or Hybrid)

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Account Advisor to own and grow relationships with our existing school district customers. This role is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction while proactively identifying and executing upsell and expansion opportunities across our product suite.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while driving revenue growth within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned school districts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with transportation directors and key stakeholders
• Proactively manage customer satisfaction, monitor account health, and resolve issues quickly
• Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across SMART tag products and services
• Conduct regular business reviews and product training with customers
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS
• Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell experience required)
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and clearly explain software solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Georgetown, TX (this is not a remote role)
• Must pass a background check

Preferred

• Experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or government/education sales
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
