What You'll Do Be a Team Member : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to business needs. Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for production and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner : Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; identify roadblocks and facilitate training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change and feedback.
