Duties Handle complex medical malpractice defense litigation. Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements. Serve as a trusted advisor to insurers and corporate clients. Work independently on assigned caseloads. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license in good standing with the state bar. Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, with at least 3 years in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation. First-chair trial experience strongly preferred. Ability to manage complex litigation matters. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice. Education J.D. from an accredited law school.
