Role Description This is a full-time role for a Physical Therapist Assistant based at our Londonderry Physical Therapy location, in Londonderry NH. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed physical therapists by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress toward rehabilitation goals. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient evaluations, documenting treatments and outcomes, maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team. The role also involves assisting with patient intake, scheduling, educating patients about home exercise programs and recovery, reinforcing plan of care, and collaborating with internal and external clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications Strong skills and knowledge in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including the ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Demonstrated commitment to Patient Care and Quality Patient Care, with a focus on safety, empathy, and clear communication. Experience or interest in Orthopedics, including working with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative patients, and sports-related injuries. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in New Hampshire. Effective interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment.
