What You'll Get

• $1000 sign-on bonus
• Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses – Enjoy the stability of a guaranteed hourly wage with additional earning opportunities. Most experienced technicians earn $55,000–$90,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay, overtime, and performance incentives.
• Regular work schedule - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Who We're Looking For

• Have 3+ years of verifiable residential plumbing experience
• Hold a valid driver's license & can pass a drug test/background check
• Are willing to work flexible hours (including on-call shifts as needed)
• Take pride in appearance and professionalism
• Can confidently communicate with customers and present solutions

A Day in the Life

• Deliver 6-star service at every home—repairs, replacements, troubleshooting

• Record notes for the team and close out with payment collected
