Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage make-ready tasks for vacant units while following safety policies and code requirements.
