We are looking for dependable, motivated team members who want more than just a basic hourly mowing job. We combine guaranteed weekly pay with performance bonuses, organized routes, and professional equipment to create a stable and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities- Safely operate pickup trucks and trailers to transit between properties
- Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and professionally
- Perform trimming and cleanup work
- Follow daily production schedules
- Maintain quality appearance standards
- Work efficiently with crew members
- Learn and assist with fueling, loading, and equipment maintenance
- Represent the company professionally on customer properties
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Lawn care experience preferred but not required

Guaranteed Pay Stability
- $16.00/hour guaranteed base pay for crew members
- $18.00/hour guaranteed base pay for crew leaders
- Guaranteed 45-hour work weeks during mowing season
- Overtime included in weekly pay
- Consistent weekly income even during slower weather periods
How Our Guaranteed Weekly Works:
Guaranteed Weekly Pay:
- $760/week guaranteed rain or shine crew members
- $855/week guaranteed rain or shine for crew leaders
In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.
Crews earn additional weekly bonuses for:

- New Crew Member Trainer Bonus
- Seasonal Production Bonuses
- Bonuses are usually between $50–$250+ per week for crew members
- Higher bonus opportunities for crew leaders
Realistic Earnings
