Dietary Aide

About the Position Hickory Falls is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team. The Dietary Aide supports meal preparation and service while helping ensure our residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing, portioning, plating, and serving meals and snacks. Follow residents’ prescribed diets, food preferences, and allergy precautions. Prepare dining areas and assist with meal service. Deliver meals and trays to residents as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and work surfaces. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment. Follow food safety, infection-control, and sanitation procedures. Properly store and label food according to facility policies. Assist with receiving and organizing food and kitchen supplies. Communicate resident concerns or changes in eating habits to the appropriate staff. Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, families, and coworkers. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr SanStone Health
