Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, including preparing, processing, and coordinating domestic and international shipments . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments.
- Create shipping documents, labels, and required paperwork.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify shipment information, quantities, and addresses for accuracy.
- Track shipments and provide updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Assist with inventory checks and warehouse organization.
- Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to use computers and shipping systems.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
