Schedule: Saturday Tuesday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (4 days, 10 hours each)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support in an office and production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and repair end-user hardware and devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Provide conference room and VIP support.

• Assist with office moves, workstation setup, and basic migrations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation.

• Collaborate with the onsite IT support team.

Requirements:

• Hands-on desktop support and hardware troubleshooting experience.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
