CNC Machine Operator

Express Employment is looking for a CNC Machine Operator / Machinist. This is a long-term position. Location: Oroville, CA Pay: $18 - $20/Hour DOE Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm At Express, we care about our Associates; that's why we offer a 401 (k) along with Health Care Insurance. (Associates must meet requirements as stated in the handbook ) Job Description Operate CNC equipment using established programs and procedures. Measure and cut raw metal material to the required length. Load, position, and secure material in the CNC machine. Perform basic machine setup and zeroing before running parts. Run CNC programs and monitor the machine during operation. Remove completed parts and repeat production processes consistently. Perform basic quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Operate a machinist's lathe for basic and repetitive machining tasks. Operate band saws, grinders, drill presses, and other common shop equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Identify and report equipment, tooling, or quality issues. All other duties assigned by the Supervisor Requirements 2-3 years of current experience CNC machine operation experience preferred Basic machining and measuring tool knowledge Ability to read basic work instructions/drawings Strong attention to detail Ability to follow safety and production procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
