Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency | Largo, FL | Full-Time

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced operations leader to help build the structure needed to support that growth.

The Director of Agency Operations will work closely with department leaders, HR, Systems, and executive leadership to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and make the agency more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day agency operations
• Lead and develop managers and team leads
• Establish performance standards, KPIs, and scorecards
• Use reporting and data to identify problems and opportunities
• Improve processes, workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Partner with our Systems Director to improve technology, automation, and workflows
• Lead agency-wide operational initiatives
• Develop solutions to operational issues before they reach executive leadership
• Help establish the systems, structure, and accountability needed for continued growth

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage
• Strong understanding of agency operations and workflows
• Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to manage performance
• Proven ability to improve processes and develop leaders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to hold people accountable and lead change

Compensation

$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
