Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementation. The candidate should have a good combination of business process knowledge and techno-functional skills, along with strong experience in solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support O2C implementation projects.
• Understand and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
• Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
• Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams during implementation.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Prepare solution design and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in O2C implementation.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge.
• Good experience in solution architecture and solution design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
