A growing workforce solutions and global staffing organization is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Global Operations Manager to oversee international workforce operations, client accounts, onboarding processes, recruiting coordination, and employee lifecycle management. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination between clients, employees, recruiters, HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence across a growing global workforce.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage day-to-day operations across a global workforce supporting multiple client accounts
\n
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding workforce performance, staffing needs, and operational matters
\n
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate interviews, evaluations, client presentation, and hiring support
\n
• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and workforce transitions
\n
• Maintain workforce records, employee rosters, compensation information, and client assignments
\n
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, PTO management, and workforce administration
\n
• Monitor employee engagement, performance, attendance, and retention trends
\n
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to proactively address workforce concerns and operational challenges
\n
• Coordinate communication between operations, recruiting, HR, finance, and leadership teams
\n
• Support billing accuracy by ensuring workforce and compensation changes are properly documented
\n
• Develop and improve scalable operational processes and procedures
\n
• Provide workforce reporting, operational updates, and business insights to leadership
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in workforce operations, staffing, business process outsourcing, HR operations, office management, finance, or related environments
\n
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
\n
• Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates
\n
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
\n
• Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments, clients, and geographic regions
\n
• High attention to detail and strong accountability
\n
• Experience coordinating employee lifecycle and operational processes
\n
• Comfortable working across countries, cultures, and time zones
\n
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently
\n
• Available to clock in remotely a handful of nights per month
\n
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce management processes is highly preferred
\n
• Spanish or Tagalog language skills are a plus but not required
\n

• $70,000-$80,000 annual salary, based on experience
